Okay so i havent paid my bill since january (dont ask why just know the reason could be avoided). I got a letter today saying i owe them £500 for an early termination fee. What i was asking is can i pay off the months that i did not pay and in turn they can re-activate my account and remove the cancellation notice? When i called one of the advisors they told me if i want to get my account back ill have to pay the ETF and then carry on paying the monthly fee. Surely thats wrong?
