Vodafone contract? any ideas?

No it shouldnt cost you to ring 44555 (alternativly you can ring 191). These balance enquirys arent always updated very quicky at one point mine was 7 days behind what i had used. Its something to do with gettin the data from other networks.
 
on my vodafone contract it says that i havent sent any texts when i have sent loads! ive had the contract for 3days now, this being my 3rd. i have 300mins to use (havent used any yet) but does it cost to call 44555 to get my minutes and texts, because it says that i have used 58seconds but only called 44555? any ideas thanksss (; x
