So I have 2 vodafone contracts, mine is £45 a month and my daughters is £17 a month, just got a bill saying hers is £120 this month as she went over her limit, But when I asked if they could put a block on the phone they said no like if u reach ur limit it cuts off sort of thing, My bill comes in around 70 a month.
My question is out bills never seem to be the price we signed up for on the contracts, Is there someone I can go to regarding this like the Ombudsman as I dont want these high bills, thats why i get a set contract with a set fee,

Yes I have contacted Customer services but they are thick as ........ they say the phone is uncapped because people might want to make emergency calls.
