It all started when vodafone took £400 out of my account when i payed over the phone with them they were supposed to only take £40 out. since then i did get my money back but they owed me £165 in charges from my back account. I had to go through my bank to get the cash back.
I tried paying my bill at the end of December but the automated service just said 'your balance is ZERO' so i left it for a while confused as to why. then i went in a vodafone store and asked. a few days later as it was still the same. They said that the they had credited my account when they took out the £400 and put it in my 'Vodafone Account' as a return cash when i asked to have it in my bank account.
Now i tried paying my bill again at the end of January and it said i owed £81 (i knew my bill was going to be high) but the next day my phone was completely cut off (the day i was paying my bill)
my fiance and i looked online at my account and overnight it had gone from £81 to £669...im struggling with cash as it and i cant afford that CAN ANY ONE HELP!!!!!!
