VLC Media Player help..?

hey how do i come to know which movies were played in the past...in short the history of movies played in vlc media player..
one way is to see to windows explorer history..but after deleting the history is there any other way to find it out..
please i need it urgently..
this is just for my knowledge and please answer if you really know about it...
