Okay so the volume wouldn't work with the remote so I went on the side of the tv to do it manually and that knob wouldn't work at all. so I turned the direct tv receiver off and on, then the tv was just dimly lit and the vizio icon is white. I can still hear the channel but the video is gone. Any ideas?
Vizio tv no video, still audio?
