hi i'm about to finish my mediocre pc and im at the point where i need to buy an os, ive seen a vista ultimate oem for £130 or a home basic full for the same price.
do u think i should get the oem and risk it not working and not returning it or get the home basic and play it safe?
and is there much of a big difference for someone like me who just uses internet and plays a few games, will i notice much missing if i were to go with the home basic?
