Vista Start Menu Run history does not stay?

Im really not sure but try:
right click on task bar>properties>Start Menu - privacy. try to check those boxes and then see if it works
 
My run history does not save. Whenever I run something from the Run box, when I try to go to the recent entries, there is nothing there.

I do have ClearRecentDocsOnExit and NoRecentDocsHistory set to 0, but it still doesn't help.
