Visitation with my mom outside of the United States? What will judge say?

Christmas break is coming and my mom is moving to Israel, but I want to see her for break. THATS okay but my dad is paranoid about me leaving to go there. my mom goes there a lot, but my dad is saying no...for bleh reasons. My mom is going to the court monday [in Cali] and my dad says that they cant make him because they are the USA courts and this is dealing with leaving the usa. Im almost 16. What are the odds of the court saying to go?
