Pictures are secondary evidence. I suppose your fiancè has the interview in an American Consulate outside the US. He will have to prove you met in the last 2 years (plane ticket, hotel receipt...). Don't you have any other picture of you guys? This sounds weird. You should contact a lawyer because they will ask you 50% possibilities a picture.
Good luck

my husband has a visa interview, but our wedding photos did not come out nice you could hardly see us, so i tare them apart and throw them away now i find out that he needs them to prove that we are married. he has the original every thing including the marriage certificate. what can i do im here in the US and he is not and i can't afford to go back and take photos. what should i do? i don't have photos of both of us together

WELL YOU HAVE MESS HIS INTERVIEW UP.PICTURES ARE PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP DON'T YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PICTURE WITH YOU AND HIM BEFORE OR AFTER MARRIAGE.WELL THE INTERVEIW OFFICER WILL DETERNMINE THAT YOUR MARRIAGE IS BASED ON BUSINESS CAUSE IT CAN LOOK LIKE THAT.
