I opened an email from a friend the other night and clicked on the link. Obviously it took me to a viagra website. Next thing I know there was a virus on my 5 day old laptop.
I scanned using Norton Anti Virus and it found 12 cookies. I thought everything was fine. The next day, Google chrome kept on showing Error 105 and now Norton will not open. I tried uninstalling Chrome. Then I tried to reninstall but now it wont and for some reason, I cannot uninstall Norton.
I have restored my laptop to the day I got it and still neither Norton nor Chrome are working.
Does anyone have any suggestions? How can I get rid of this virus if it has disabled my anti virus program?
