Virgin mobile question?

My Kyocera Loft was just fine, got on the internet, surfed around on its beyond talk plan. But then I wanted to get on and i went to opera mini and it wouldnt load. then i tried the browser in the phones os, didnt work. It says cant connect to network please try later. Well this is going on 6 hrs of trying. How do I fix it. Thanks and merry christmas
