virgin mobile phone problems!?

Ok i got a new wild card virgin mobile phone. I went on the website and tried to activate it. i was at the last step and i hit the "next" button and a blank page came up that said 'Hold on There!". so i refreshed the page and the same page came up. so i restarted the whole process but when i typed in the serial number it said "This serial number is already assigned to another activated phone". so i tried to call someone and it said "srry your phone is not yet activated! What do i do!?!?!? Thanks
 
There is a customer services number in your starter pack that you can call from another phone. You can then use this to get them to talk you through the final part of the set up. It is even possible that if you wait a couple of hours your phone will start working (ie you've completed the set up, but there is a delay before it kicks in).
