Virgin media sucks!

Right, so we had NTL (British company, cable TV internet and phone) and a few weeks ago Virgin (Richard Branson's company) decided to buy it, and rebranded it Virgin:Media.

The prices are now completely insane:

For 140 channels it's
 
TELUS highspeed, $40.95/month, up to a MIND BLOWING 3.0Mbps.

As for satalite, my mom gets it for free since she sells them (NOW YOU KNOW, IM SO ASHAMED). I wish she didn't because starchoice sucks.

I'd gladly pay for ridiculously overpriced internet, even for a just a couple more Mbps. But telus is all we have here.
