It is now just after 3 weeks (this week will be the 4th week) since I started having this viral illness. My doctor checked me and says its a viral illness. And only Paracetomol and steam ( just off the boil and in a bowl with my face over it covering my head with towel to let the stem in) as advised by my doctor.He says a week and half it will be gone. Its now passed 3 weeks and I admit I feel a lot better though its still lingering in my head giving me sore ears,sometimes I can feel it when swallowing .. in throat...it comes and goes the lightheadedness, sore head comes and goes.. but getting less frequent. Is this it betting better, its going very very slowly. Is this normal... is it a slow process...I went back to doctor only last Wednesday telling him its 3 weeks, he didnt seem to think that is not ok... he seemed to think it will take its time in going away.
