Our company policy clearly states that having adult material is prohibited the policy states that anyone found with adult material can face termination. In addition the policy encourages people to report any violation of company policy with out fear of retaliation. The problem is that my coworker was setting up our boss PC and found some adult material she was offended so she reported it. Our boss only received a slap in the hand and now my coworker is being fired. The policy states that one can report any violation without fear of retaliation. This sounds illegal to me. Any advise
