Vinyl Fence vs. Wind?

Two summers ago we installed a vinyl fence around our backyard..It held up pretty well until this past winter. We had strong winds and it destroyed the gate and knocked 5 panels right of and blew them around the yard.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to reinforce the fence panels so this doesn't happen again
