Antique wicker (seems to be made of a hard plastic material. Sturdy steel frame with foot brake and all-terrain wheels. Sun shield folds out on folding hood. If anyone can tell me about the crest that is on both sides please do. Inside has been redone as far as I can tell. New material had been put in (holes in it now) and a plastic protector (ripped) lines the inside. Can't find anything on ebay that comes close to it. Bought it 17 yeas ago at Rutledge, Missouri.
