Villains that still give you the creeps, even now

Sometimes, there are normal villains, one's that scar your childhood and then there's ones that still give you paranoia from just thinking about them. Here's a thread for the best of still the worst.
And Id like to start by introducing creppiness defined:

By the way, do we already have we already got a thread for this type of thing? If yes, then please point me the way. If no, then lets go!

From Courage the Cowardly Dog, I'd go with King Ramses. Usually with most Courage villains I could look back on them and smile (Fred for example) but Ramses still gives my flesh goosebumps.

Then there's Him from the Powerpuff Girls, solely because now that I'm older I ask myself the questions I didn't ask when I was younger: is he a hydrogenous version of the devil? How was I not more freaked out of this guy?

I'll knock two easy ones.

Azula was always an awesome villain, and could be quite creepy at times, and still is. Besides the obvious creepiness of her breakdown, her creepiest moment when she told the most obvious lie in the entire show to test Toph's lie detector.

On the other hand, there was another awesome and villain for my other favorite cartoon: V. V. Argost. Or, as he calls himself, "V. V. Argost, host of V. V. Argost's Weird World." He is definitely the creepiest and, in turn, most awesome villain I have ever seen in a cartoon, and just grew creepier and more awesome as the show went on. The second-to-last episode of the series revealed the biggest twist and amped up Argost's creepiness to level eleven.

When I was young I was slightly freaked out by Mumm-Ra from Thundercats, so much so that when I got an action figure of him for my birthday I hid it in my closet and didn't play with it for quite some time. About a year later I realized how cool he actually was and then I became a big fan of his, oddly enough I didn't really know much about the show at the time since I beleive it was cancelled before I actually became a fan of it in the late 80's.

He didn't scar my childhood (since I wasn't aware of his "existence" at that time), but Johan from "Monster" is by far the scariest villain I've seen in animation (or comics for that matter). His calm, serene personality coupled with his blatant disregard for human life and the lenghts he's willing to go just to screw with peoples minds sends shivers down my spine.

King Hamdo from "Now and Then, Here and There" also deserves a mention. What an utterly messed up nutjob that guy was.

Moving away from anim?, I have to say that The Devil in "The Adventures of Mark Twain" was a pretty creepy villain. Mind you, I've never seen the entire movie, but the scene in which he creates life and then destroy it ("People are of no importance, we can always make more later on", or something like that) is enough to qualify him for my list.

One I can think of right now is He Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken from Dungeons & Dragons. He reminds me of the judeo-christian concept of God, since he seems to be almost omnipotent and omnipresent, but he's 100% evil, so when you have the misfortune of blipping on his radar, you're pretty much screwed. He's also supposed to be so horrific looking that seeing him just melts your thinking cap, The little glimpse we see when Eric peeks at him is kind of comical but it's still the idea that matters. . For all I know, the rest of what' hiding behind that cloud could be mind-bending horrific. This was a guy that had even Venger crying to Daddy afterall.

The Pin Cushion Man from Ub Iwerks Balooney Land. What a cruel villian in such a happy place

Judge Doom from Roger Rabbit, just pure unadulterated cartoon madness, and Christopher Lloyd.

Ceuella Devile, I especialy shutter watching her trying to find the lost puppies in her car at the end of the movie.

Courage the Cowardly Dog had it's fair share. Like the water queen that lured Ustes to her kingdom. Or the Omen that warns them to return something, I can't quite remember.

V.V. Argost: I liked how they develop his character, the guy gave me the creeps when he tries to get what he wants, he's cruel, twisted, murderer and a nice Vincent Price combination into it and lets not forget the plot twist on revealing his true identity.

Dr. Claw: He was mysterious, you always imaging him being some type of monster because of his voice and his laugh was just scary.

Joker(Batman TAS): I know everyone know this but seriously Mark Hamill has done an amazing job as the Joker, i still remember when i was a kid when the Joker was following this guy and i was saying in mind get the hell out of there, the Joker will get you! Also the way Joker gets angry especially on the ones who try to frighten, the Joker Fish episode really scared me.

Are you talking about the "Joker's Favor" episode that guy who also went into Witness Protection and changed his name and moved his family, but the Joker still found him? I was fearing for that guy, too.

Ok, something out of the old Scooby doo show. That episode when the gang is in Venedig and there is this, hooded yellowed eyed ghost man with laughter that scared the crap out of me.

Scariest Scooby doo villian ever, for now anyway.

Any other Scooby doo villian that is actually scary?

Yup that's the one, still remember how the guy first insulted the Joker and when he sees him man, he turned white because of that and alot more scarier is when the Joker was chasing him.

Oh come on, put some info into why these characters are scary instead of a list.

Villains that creep me out... None. Seriously, because I always under the mindset of "these are just cartoon/animated characters" I never considered anyone to be creepy or scary. (Live Action movies; movies that're not scary is a different story)

I'm rather demented though, especially nowadays because I like the villains moreso than the heroes in the cartoons/anime I've been seeing as of late. So instead of saying villains that creep me out, I'll say "villains I would never mess with".

That's my favorite moment from Legato btw. That little girl and Vash's reaction.. :).

Now if this was "scenes that creeped you out" this would be an entirely different story.. And If I told you what scene (and cartoon) you'd crack up laughing at me or you'd think something was wrong with me.
