Views on pushing military regulations?

he's not but the higher ups don't see it that what and that makes all the difference...if a Marine wants to "push" things he's probably no much of a Marine anyway...it's a team sport, sport
 
How do you view the people who push it? say Marine with a 1 inch high and tight vs a Marine with a 3 1/2 inch low reg. Both get hair cuts every week and are still in regulation With no further information is the Marine with the High and tight Superior to the Marine with the Low reg,
