I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 with Word To Go app. I am trying view and save a DOC file to view on the blackberry, but every time I try to open it in Word To Go it say cannot open due to RTF file.
So in turn,and due to some research on the internet, someone suggested sending it to my self in an email, which I did and was able to view it, but cannot save it to word to go .
How do I save it or how do I get it to open in word to go? I dont have Micrsoft word, but I am saving with the .DOC extension is this why?
