Viewing Call Log for Nokia 2128i

I just got a Nokia 2128i phone from Verizon, and I am having a problem viewing the call log. If I click the call button, I only get a list of numbers that I've called, instead of a full list (including, missed calls and people who have called me).

Is there a way to do this?

P.S. And yes, I called Verizon but they were no help.
 
The Nokia 6015i does this as well. When you hit the SEND button again, it only lists the phone calls you've placed yourself. Hit the menu button and go under the CALL LOG. you should see all of your calls grouped by "missed", "received" and "dialed". If that's not it...???
