Videos on 6265i

I've downloaded some videos onto my computer from the internet and then I made them into 3gp format using a program. I then uploaded the videos onto my Nokia 6265i using bluetooth and everything is fine but the only problem is that when I play the videos there's a large delay difference between the movement and the sound. The video will start ok but the video will lag for a bit while the sound continues, so the result is the sound will be a couple secs ahead of the movement and the more it lags, the more delay it has. That's really annoying because I've downloaded quite a bit of family guy episodes for my phone. Does anyone know what I could do? Thanks in advance.
 
i've found the same problem. i switch from full screen back to regular thenback to full screen and the sound and video are sync'ed agian.
