Basically my problem is:
When I'm actually working on my video in Sony and using anything colored white or lightly colored it looks fine, but when my video is finished rendering and I preview it the white/light colors comes out being super bright, ends up blocking out other colors, or just completely looking washed out.
For example:

Details:
I did use other multiple tracks on-top of the sunrise (that is what the picture is of) w/ fog brushes being moved across to make it appear as moving fog, but it shouldn't look like the first picture considering i put their opacity all the way to 9% which is making me frustrated that it continues to come out like that when it looks almost completely invisible in Sony although i would love to use a higher opacity

I have also attempted to fix the problem myself by: changing the imported file's (in Sony) brightness, changing the opacity, looking over the rendering options, and changing the rendering video format
I would like an easy way to fix the problem if possible and give thanks to anyone that will help me fix my problem
Extra Details:
When i import the newly created file after rendering it, it looks fine so i don't know if the problem is w/ what I'm viewing the rendered video in or if its Sony or there could be any other reason.
