Video Link Like what the News channels use to beam back to the studio?

I want to put a video link at my friends wedding in Australia so people can see it in the uk in a bar, I think they will be around 150 people watching so would need good quality like what they use on the news channels!

Can you please advise me on a company who can help me with this or the equipment I would need with websites to find it?
