Video I made with Sony Vegas trial won't send in a email? Why? Help!?

Ok, so I would like to send the video to someone with email, but it won't attach the file! :( Is it the way I saved it? Or what? help! please and thank you!
EDIT* How can I make my file smaller?:) thank you!
