Im looking for a video game for Windows 95 or 98. It took place in a school. It had 2 floors. You had to walk around the building taking pictures of bad guys or ghosts, I cant remember which... They appeared randomly. You could also walk into the rooms. There was a camera vending machine on each floor. Also the character wore a blue winter like jacket and wore a red cap.
