Ok, I want to know all the things you can do as a career in the video game industry, for example I know there's the testers and designers. But what else is there, and what would you have to major in school to get to it, and what is that job like?
I need A LOT of detail please.

there really isnt a market or reliable job for testers, usually they are small tested by a small group untill its beta release, then the original testers are taken away. But as for designers, there are graphic arts designers (people who give the look of the games) the mechanic engineers (the people to create and modify the game play and mechanings, such as how the character moves and interacts with other things in the game). There is also story line writers, who write the story line and help develop the meaning of the game, as well as give advice into game levels (if there are any). Most of what you need is college (computer science). Programing helps tons, and learning graphics arts helps alot also. Those are all i really know from my limited research on it, but i hope you find out more, good luck!
