So I can use skype to chat to keep in touch with just about everyone I know and it all works just fine, but there is one person that the video call feature just doesn't work with at all. If it does work, it only lasts for a few minutes before one of ours will freeze and only audio will carry on from that moment on. It's like the problem only exists between us because she has no issues with anyone else nor do I, but when we try to talk to each other the video just doesn't work.
Does anyone know what may cause this?
