Victor dissapeared shortly after I started the game and he reappeared after I helped ringo with the powder gangers problem. He has only 1 little vertical bar of health left and if I try to talk to him no sound is coming from him and the text on screen from dialogue just flashes by not able to read. Is this normal? He just stands infront of his shack. Do i have to reboot to an older save or what?
Victor in Fallout new vegas cant talk to him?
