Vibration in floorboards

Here is one thing that I have noticed at idle speed. If I hold either brakes, and specially the front brake, then there will be more vibration. Let them go, just hang on to the handle bar.
Note that I have a VERY smooth ride (no vibration), when the bike is moving.

Yes it says 12 foot pounds, and like yours mine was also hand written.

They marked out the 20 lbs and wrote in 12 pounds

I watched the video on the pro glide site and he says to tourque it to 30 pounds

long story short,my handlebars at idle didn,t shake all that much before or now. no vibration in seat either. I am trying to fix the vibration in the floor boards and highway pegs. after the install I still have the vibration

I thought I would post what happened.
I work with a guy who has an Ultra and I talked to him about it. He described the way his floorboards were made, they are isolated to absorbed vidration.
The bike I was looking at had chrome aftermarket floorboards with no suspension.
I decided I was going to buy it, but when I called back he had sold it that day.

Since then I found an '08 Ultra Classic and bought it. It has no vibration, rides great.
