Vibrating Rear Window of a Ute (sound system)?

I have this sound system in the rear of my Mitsubishi Triton, however the Window is vibrating [makes a vibrating noise] when it is subjected to a certain level of bass (isnt much) and im pretty sure the rear window isnt sealed properly.
Can anyone tell me how to stop the vibration of the glass or how much it would cost to fix it. cheers
