VHS Tape Will Not Eject from Philips VCR? What to do?

I just put a tape into my old vcr and it played for a couple seconds. But then stopped. It's now flashing "3". How do I get the tape out? It's a Philips VCR model #VRB664AT. Thanks for any help!
