This may be a long shot, as I have never heard any lyrics from this song. The song sounds like an electric organ or synthesizer set to sound like a pipe organ with 2 beats and then a long electric/pipe organ note.

It's used at the beginning of the Team Anniston vs. Team Jolie segment of VH1's The Great Debate as well as during the teaser before the preceding set of commercials.
