very weird pains..what do they mean?

i have this horrible pain in my lower abdomen and it has happened all night long and is still happening..it feels like someone is grabbing my uterus and squeezing it tightly..it hurts to cough or breath in deeply..i have never experienced this pain before..im expecting my period soon but i had unprotected sex three different days during my ovulation time frame..anyone know what this cody be?
and no its not from an std cause i got tested last month and i was clean and i have been with the same partner for 3 years.
 
maybe you contracted an std or maybe you may be having an early miscarriage..i personally havent and dont know of anyone who has had that as a pregnancy symptom
