very weird discharge 13weeks pregnant (sorry if tmi)?

i am 13 weeks pregnant and have a weird discharge....imagine when u ovulate u get egg white stuff which is clear and stretchy well this is the same but slightly yellow.....(kind of locks like snot). Ihave no pain or any thing else and have been tested for std's

Any ideas?

It is called leukkorhea. It is common and normal in pregnancy. It's your body's way of regulating your vaginal insides. As long as it is odorless and doesn't change in color (like pink tinged, blood tinged, brown, or green) then you shouldn't be worried. Call your doctor and just let him/ her know that you are having a discharge. Sometimes they will do a culture just to make sure you don't have an infection. But other than that it's called leukkorhea and is normal in pregnancy!
 
I asked a very similar question...I'm not positive if I'm pregnant yet (I haven't missed my period yet, but have had tender breasts, tiredness, yadda yadda) but I had the same type of discharge...it wasn't normal for me.

No one was particularly helpful, I got "an STD" and "it must be a UTI".

Personally, I think it's probably just a normal pregnancy thing for some people. The hormones are changing, and so is the type of mucous your cervix is producing. I don't see why that type of discharge HAS to be an indication of infection.

This probably wasn't terribly helpful, since it's just my opinion, but hey, it was nice to know someone else had the same thing going on. (and that they were definitely pregnant when they got it...it makes me even more hopeful!)
 
could be just normal discharge from pregnancy. Could be a yeast infection. just mention it to your doc the next time you go in.
