Very strange happenings..?

Hm, alright.. Let's begin here. In my home town, there are very strange things going around, not really strange but terrifying things, I could say..
A great number of people claim to have seen demons, tall black figures, baby cries and much, much more that occur around a school I used to attend. A man my mother knew claimed to have seen a girl with horrifying red eyes, long black hair, pale skin hugging her knee's to herself; Two children claimed to have seen an infant with black eyes, and a worm coming out of it's right eye; telling them to go down to the Lake (a boy drowned there back two months ago); same thing happened to one of my cousin's friend's stating that the baby went inside of her.. Disturbing. And yeah.. So on, I don't want to give anyone nightmares. Psh. Alot of people think these claims are untrue and some think they're on something. xD But, yeah.. it seems.. so damn terrifying. So, what do you guys think, school haunted?..
 
In my experience, whenever tales of the paranormal involve a school, they usually turn out to be an urban myth that developed from ghost stories told by children.

No offence, but everything that you've mentioned sounds like a take on some well known ghost stories.

Generally speaking, "real" ghost stories are never that dramatic or that horrifying. That kind of stuff is almost always reserved for the movies. Ghost are more likely to be pale and indistinct figures seen in old buildings, usually in period clothing. It's almost unknown to see a clearly defined spirit, especially of a child, like that. And a ghost that interacts with its environment or people by telling them to do something is even more unheard of. Stories like that are usually fake.
