My 12 year old little sister has been getting strange red bites all over her body for weeks now, and my mother keeps insisting they are bed bugs BUT:
1. They don't look like bed bug bites, they look more like spider bites. I looked at several pictures of bed bug bites and noticed the bites are more clustered together, while my little sister only gets a single "red bump" a couple of times every week.
2. My sister has slept in everyone's bed, and she is still the only one getting these strange bites.
3. My paranoid mother has doused her room full of poison, especially her mattress, a couple of times already, and she is still getting new bites.
What could these bites be, or are they bites at all?
