Very Stange Problem

Hello there
I have been unlocking iphones for couple years and I have been experienced very much with their problems but today I face with very strange problem(and very stressing)

An Iphone 3gs 3.1.3 came to me today for unlock. I did spirit and getting prepared to unlock via cydia. When I go to settings and try to turn on the wi-fi Iphone suddenly tooks me off settings and all basic buttons (like settings contac call mesage etc) lost. Anly apps buttons are on iphone.my client is trying to save apps. Is any way to get back standard button without flashing.

if you or your client did a backup in itunes you dont need to worry about doing a restore........because thats what you will have to do now restore and re-jailbreak
