Very Sick, 33 days now! respiratory, chills, fever, infection, walking dead!...

...antibiotics havent worked.. help!? Im at a loss here, i have no idea what the hell to do? it started with my primary doc, she examined me, told me i have allergies, send me away. i explained too her that ive never in my life had breathing difficulty like this, tight wheezing etc.. nonetheless she blew me off. 3 days later i end up in hospital. im told its serve bronchitis- i get a a couple of breathing treatments, doxycycline, albuterol. i was prescribed the qvar steroid inhaler, my insurance/pharm put it on hold too call doctor, some insurance bullshit so i blew it off. im wondering if thats why im so sick now. i ended up back at the same doctors office but saw her colleague, he wrote cipro and albuterol, lotsa liquids. i ve taken cipro before as well as bactrim/zithromax, they just dont work for me why i dont know... i explained this but he said take the cipro. so, that was weeks ago! im now worse, things seem too have moved upward too my head, now i have fever spikes fr hell, achy fever bs etc... im miserable, vomiting, weak and have this green death hacking up outta my chest.... no idea what too do! doctors arent hearing me, im finding a new doctor today... but should i return too the emerg room? my breathing sucks but its not as tight as it was.... ive been using my brothers nebulizer/breathing treatment etc... im confused on bacterial infection vs. virus type illness it seems i have both?

i guess if i had a good MD doc too roll up his sleeves n put in a few mins of consult w me and put me on a course of action, jeez i feel like im dead... ive been lookin up those old school " hot toddy" remedies that folks used and swear by lol... thats next!

sleep is ok, fluids tons! i have 60 keflex caps avail in my arsenal/cephalexin too use if needed.. thanks guys
