VERY SHARP PAIN ON THE HEAD OF MY PENIS!?

Well it all started yesterday when i went to the bathroom and i masturbated and ejaculated but after a few minutes i took a pee and i had one of the worst pains i ever felt, inside my penis it burned when peeing so much that i couldn't hold on,i dint no what to do at the time so i went to bed hoping it would get better,the next day i still felt a sharp pain and couldn't pee with the normal urine flow,so i decided to go to the doctor that told me to take a urine test which i did and showed i had blood in the urine,she told me to go home and take some aspirin and if im still the same tomorrow to go get checked out! what might it be plz im in horrible pain when i pee
