Okay, here's the thing I'm 23 and so for the past year or so I've been having very long periods, they've been last about 2-3 months at a time. At first my husband and I thought it could have been stress related, so I quit my job and have been staying at home stress free. The problem is we have no insurance and are limited on money since he's the only one working at the moment, but I've been on my period since about 3 days before Christmas. I've only had one break and it lasted for about a day and then I was back on it again. I'm trying to avoid going on birth control due to the fact that we are wanting to conceive. I know going to the doctor would be my best option but we just don't have the funds for that right now. Anyone have any advice or know of what it could be causing this? Thanks in advance everyone.
