my had has had very itchy hands for the past 4 months, he went to the doctor to find out what it was, they gave him some suggestions but they didn't work (i can't remember what), this is driving him crazy, what could be wrong?? he said his skin gets dried out and flaky , then itches :/ it's not dead skin because it doesn't peal and the doctor also said it wasn't..
