Need some real advice here. Tomorrow I'm going to checkout a 2000 Ford Mustang V6 manual and if all looks good then I will buy it. The price is below $ 3000. I have checked kbb and the price the owner is offering is about right for a 2000 mustang with this mileage.
Now, the big thing I am concern about is the high mileage of the car. It is 185k miles. Lets say that the car runs good, and the engine have no noticeable issues. Everything works. Is this worth buying?
I also found another 2000 mustang but an automatic with 190k miles. If the price is about the same for both cars, which car would be better to buy at that high mileage? Which one will likely give me problems, an automatic or manual transmission?
