I take it by PAN you mean polyarteritis nodosa. The C-reactive protein and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate are to lab tests which give an idea about inflammation going on in the body. They are non specific however in that, if there is ANY type of inflammation going on, the two levels will go up. This is regardless of whether the inflammation is from an infection or from a primarily inflammatory disease like PAN.
The fact that your level is up suggestions that your PAN is active. Are you on treatment for it?
