3.start rising up while tryign to keep your nose touching you kneew
4.put your arms aroung your legs
5, try to pull your nose closer and closer to your knees.

2. pull yourslef to you legs.
3.hold for 40 seconds.
4. ice the back for 30 sseconds and then repeat.
