very confused with pregnancy tests?

hi im today 3 days late and yesterday i took a pregnancy test in the morning and it was postive then i took a 1st response test and it showed up neg then i took two more none brand tests and they came up postive i dont know what to think i dont know if im pregnant or not could anybody help or let me know what u think thank you
