Vertical/standing ps3 or 360, anybody have/had problem with it?

Anybody ever having problem when you put your ps3 or 360 vertically??

I want to put them vertically to save up space.
 
I kept my PS3 vertical for the longest time, but I put it horizontally when I had enough space. It keeps the PS3 cooler than running vertically.
For the 360, same thing, except I put it horizontally so it had more balance. I'm not sure about cooling.
