Vertical Lambo Doors on a Honda?

I want to eventually get some Lambo doors on my Accord, but I'm not sure what exactly it's going to cost, and what I need. When you buy the conversion kit, are they manually opened when you first install them? Do you then need to buy an automatic actuator?

Also, about how much would installation cost is I asked my uncle to do it for me and he didn't take any profit, just labor wages?
