VersaMail Problem

When I hot sync I usually get my mail messages but when I use WiFi to download messages all I get is the message header,,, No content whatsoever.
Anybody have a clue as to why this is happening?

I have several accounts (1 pop3 and 2 Imap) and the problem exists on all the accounts.

There is a setting in Versamail that states "subject only". See screen capture - start there then report back.

Thanks. I did find this setting a little after posting my note and yes, it has seemed to correct the issue.
